The Pre-feeder applies a single board computer as the control unit, as well as a step motor and an accurate angle sensor measure The Pre-feeder applies a single board computer as the control unit,as well as a step motor and an accurate angle sensor measuring the wire feeding arms positions:alarm zone,fast increase zone,slow increase zone,constant speed zone,slow decrease zone,fast decrease zone,stop zone.During the wire feeding,the computer will calculate and control the step motors running speeds based on the feeding arms holding positions,which will enable the wire feeding speeds remain the same as the computerized wire cutting and stripping machines wire process speeds.The highest feeding speed reaches 140m/minute,which is far faster than the cutting and stripping machines wire processing speed.Only when the feeding plate encounters problem or the wire is twisted together,the feeding arm could be pulled by the feeding wire to the alarm zone,when the Pre-feeder will stop working with the Alarm on and will shut down the connected computerized wire cutting and stripping machine.After the operator remove the problems,the Pre-feeder and the Wire Cutting and Stripping machine could be restarted.The Pre-feeders computer board provides different step motor driving controls,which will enable the Pre-feeder matching all different type computerized wire cutting and stripping machines and working at the best condition
